I currently offer one-to-one counselling sessions online, providing a safe and confidential space where you can talk openly from the comfort of your own home. Online therapy can be just as effective as meeting in person, and many clients appreciate the flexibility and convenience it brings. Please note that you will need to have stable internet connection and be in a quiet room.
If you would prefer in-person sessions, please feel free to contact me directly to discuss options. I am based in Leicester/Leicestershire.
Each counselling session lasts 50 minutes, and we can arrange to meet weekly or fortnightly depending on your needs and preferences.
I also offer a free up to 15 minute consultation so you can get a feel for how I work and decide whether counselling with me feels right for you.
In the near future, I will be offering small group counselling sessions, starting with a focus on grief and loss. Group counselling provides a supportive environment where you can share experiences with others who understand what you’re going through, while also benefiting from professional guidance.
These groups will be kept small to ensure a safe, comfortable, and confidential atmosphere where everyone has space to be heard.
