I offer one-to-one counselling sessions online, providing a safe and confidential space where you can talk openly from the comfort of your own home. Online counselling can be just as effective as in-person sessions, and many clients appreciate the flexibility and convenience it offers.
You will need a stable internet connection and a quiet, private space for sessions.

Each counselling session lasts 50 minutes. Sessions can be arranged weekly or fortnightly, depending on your needs, preferences, and availability.
I offer a free initial consultation of up to 15 minutes. This gives you the opportunity to ask questions, learn more about how I work, and decide whether counselling with me feels right for you.
In the near future, I will be offering small group counselling sessions, beginning with a focus on grief and loss. Group counselling provides a supportive space to share experiences with others who may be facing similar challenges, while also benefiting from professional guidance.
Groups will be kept small to ensure a safe, comfortable, and confidential environment where everyone has space to be heard.
